Meducate Liberty Protection Safeguards

Book now for Meducate Liberty Protection Safeguards.
In July 2018, the government published a Mental Capacity (Amendment) Bill, which passed into law in May 2019. This replaces the current Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) with a scheme known as the Liberty Protection Safeguards (LPS). This one -day course will provide an overview of the changes brought in by the Act. In particular, it will consider the differences between DoLS and LPS and outline what the new process will be.
On successful completion of this Mental Capacity Act training course delegates will receive a certificate valid for 3 years. Our courses are fun, informal and educational.
